The blade is made of non-stick steel with special grooves. Fixed sharpener with double emery supplied. Sliding product tray, with Teflon-coated bushings and sturdy product holder equipped with removable cured meat clips for easy cleaning. Professional type silent ventilated motor. The appliance was designed and built in compliance with current international standards for safety, hygiene and materials in contact with food. Cutting thickness 0-16 mm.
