The best-selling of our flywheel slicers, the 300 FLOWER FLOWER model (Available with DAISY flowered flywheel or ROSE flowered flywheel). Built in aluminum and steel parts with a fire-painted finish, it is a true jewel with a design with attention to the smallest detail. The flywheel has a manual function and can therefore work even in places without electricity. Equipped with a ring protection around the blade, it complies with EEC standards. It has the advantage of rapid cleaning and absolute hygiene. The built-in sharpener simplifies the operator's work by maintaining the perfect cut of the product efficiently.
