The slicer is built with a polished die-cast aluminum structure. Very robust and simple to use and clean with little maintenance. Excellent for cutting vegetables, cheeses and cured meats. The blade is made of non-stick steel with special grooves. Sharpening accessory with double emery supplied. Sliding product tray, with Teflon bushings and sturdy product holder. Professional type silent ventilated motor with thermal protection. Two-button start-stop switch with reset. The appliance was designed and built in compliance with current international standards for safety, hygiene and materials in contact with food. Cutting thickness 0-16 mm.
