SERRATED BLADE KIT FOR HOME LINE PLUS 250

The Serrated Blade Kit for Berkel Home Line PLUS 250 slicers allows you to switch from a smooth blade to a serrated blade in a short time, facilitating thorough cleaning of the blade and the back of the blade. The kit includes the serrated blade, perfect for delicate and thin cuts, and the extractor to remove the slicer blade in total safety and then place it inside the packaging.

Made in Italy tempered steel blade with serration opposite for a more delicate cut. The serrated blade creates very thin slices, without ruining the quality. Ideal for cutting harder products, such as cured sausages, crispy bread, some types of fruit and vegetables with harder and thinner skins.

Not compatible with previous Home Line slicers.
