The Miami 800 roasting channel is a double-walled stainless steel channel, with legs with bayonet connection measuring 80 cm. A skewer cooking channel with an elegant design recommended for those who need a high-end product, but transportable and easily assembled thanks to its small dimensions. The design of the side walls and the bottom, with a double layer of perforated steel, create a cavity which promotes air circulation and reinvigorates the embers. The double bottom collects ash during use and facilitates its elimination at the end of cooking. Anti-cut profile: all ends are smoothed, folded and sanded to ensure maximum safety. Assembling the legs is quick and easy, with the bayonet coupling system requiring no tools. Easily removable, it can be conveniently stored in small spaces when not in use. Without legs, the skewer cooker can be used on a countertop thanks to the raised feet incorporated into the central body.
