Balsamic Tris with Truffle, Fig, Raspberry (3 x 100 ml) - CREATIVITY AND TASTE - Gift package containing three products of great taste balance, developed starting from the recipe of the historic 3 Medaglie d'Oro Giusti through infusion techniques for the truffle and maceration for the fig and the raspberry. The blends thus obtained mature for a further period of at least 6 months in oak barrels. Ingredients: cooked must of late grapes dried on racks, aged wine vinegar, dehydrated truffle, raspberry juice, fig puree.
