vitavit® premium offers an innovative steaming function. It works without pressure - you can take a look, mix and season at any time.
Thanks to a metal tab on the lid, it is extremely easy to place the lid in the right position. And thanks to the newly designed pot edge, closing the stove is also as easy as A, B, C. When the stove is closed correctly, you hear a click and a color display in the handle changes from red to green. Only then can the pressure start to build.
The new traffic light display makes cooking with pressure cookers clear and safe. Yellow: The stove can now be turned off. Green: the set temperature has been reached and the cooking time begins. Red: The temperature is too high.
Three markings for settings. Setting I for delicate foods, such as fish or vegetables, setting II for all other foods, such as meats or stews and setting for steam cooking.
The special comfort steam release function allows you to precisely control the release of steam. It is no longer necessary to hold the slide manually.
