In 1977 Oreste Frati, after a long experience in the production and commercial sectors, founded FOX Coltellerie. The name of the company, FOX (these are the initials of the owner), in English fox, it is more suitable than ever for this young company which, in such a short time, has distinguished itself for its innovative drive and the farsightedness of its ideas. Successful ideas that have been introduced in a choice of quality materials, in the use of advanced technologies and in the detailed attention to the smallest detail. Although FOX has grown significantly, all production is still directly controlled and programmed by Mr. Oreste, assisted by his wife Valnea, his son Gabriele and specialized collaborators.
