Below you will find the instructions and conditions for the two different types of returns: the Right of Withdrawal (for change of mind) and the Return for Faulty/Defective Product (Warranty).

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, in accordance with Art. 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

How to request a Withdrawal on the website: Log into your account and go to the "My Orders" section. Open the details of the order containing the product you wish to return. Click on the "Request Withdrawal" button (visible within 15 days of delivery) and follow the on-screen instructions.

Alternatively, you can send an explicit communication via email to info@yeseatis.com or via registered mail (Raccomandata A/R) addressed to: Mikand Way S.r.l. via Pavia 23, 20814 Varedo (MB) Italy, indicating the order number, product code, and preferred reimbursement method.

Conditions of Withdrawal: Product Integrity: This right is completely void if the goods have been handled in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the same. The item must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer. The shipment remains under the full responsibility of the customer until its receipt is certified in our warehouse. Refund: Mikand Way S.r.l. will refund the full amount paid (including original shipping costs) within 15 days from receipt of the goods or from proof of shipment by the customer, using the same payment method as the initial purchase. Exclusions (Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code): Withdrawal is excluded for fresh food products that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly. Only for Private Customers residing within the European Union.

2. Warranty and Return for Faulty/Defective Product

If your product has a conformity defect or a technical malfunction, the Legal Warranty applies. Validity terms vary according to the type of customer:

Private Customers (Consumer Code): 2-year warranty (730 days) from the date of purchase. Business Customers/Professionals (with VAT number): 1-year warranty (365 days) from the date of purchase. How to request assistance for a Faulty Product: Log into your account and go to the "My Orders" section. Open the details of the order containing the defective product. Click on the "Faulty Return" button (the system will automatically display the button only if you are still within the warranty terms: 730 days for private individuals, 365 days for companies). Fill out the form specifying the defect found to initiate the repair or replacement procedure. Important Note regarding the Warranty:
In order to benefit from a repair or replacement under warranty, the standard procedure requires a technical verification of the defect. The product must be sent to our facility or to authorized service centers according to the instructions you will receive after clicking the button. Out-of-court interventions or repairs carried out by unauthorized third-party technicians will not be reimbursed. Go to your orders
