HOW TO PREPARE:
Rinse the lentils under running water. Place them in a pan with water and a pinch of salt, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes. You can add a bay leaf against intestinal swelling. Ideal for soups, broths, veloutés and side dishes.
