Description

100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, fruity and delicate, goes perfectly with the taste of truffles. The slices of prized Black Truffle are selected manually and clearly visible in the bottle.

Perfect on hot and cold dishes: pasta, risotto, meat, fish, eggs, salads, vegetables, fresh cheeses, sushi, sashimi, fresh or smoked salmon, carpaccio and meat and fish tartare, crostini and canapés. Half a teaspoon per portion is the ideal quantity for a touch of excellence on every dish.
