100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, fruity and delicate, goes perfectly with the taste of truffles. The cryo-dried slices of Italian White Truffle are selected manually and clearly visible in the bottle.

Perfect on hot and cold dishes: pasta, risotto, meat, fish, eggs, salads, vegetables, fresh cheeses, sushi , sashimi, fresh or smoked salmon, carpaccio and meat and fish tartare, crostini and canapés. Half a teaspoon per portion is the ideal quantity for a touch of excellence on every dish.
