Berkelcare Cleaning Kit, was designed for pre- and post-use cleaning of your Berkel slicer. Before use: Use the brush and cloth in ultra microfibre without the addition of sanitizer for quick cleaning before starting slicing. Post use: Remove residues with the brush and apply sanitizer to the cloth to start cleaning the parts in steel, blade and case. Maintenance: Use oil with the appropriate nozzle when necessary to lubricate the sliding bars, reducing wear. Crush Story , a story of circular economy: from cherry trees to Crush Ciliegia paper.
