Reggiana is a native bovine of northern Italy for the production of milk intended for transformation into Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rosse. Characteristics of the cheese: high digestibility, nutritional values ??and ABSENCE OF LACTOSE, richness in calcium and essential amino acids. The cheese is sweet and tasty, without being spicy. It goes well both with red wines with a high body and structure and with passito white wines.
