Parmigiano Reggiano Dop, produced directly from the Consorzio Vacche Rosse dairy.
Reggiana Rossa is a native bovine from northern Italy for the production of milk intended for transformation into Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rosse.
p>Characteristics of the cheese are high digestibility, the absence of lactose, the richness of calcium and essential amino acids.
Parmigiano Reggiano of this maturation can be combined with a sparkling white wine Spergola grapes (native vine) or with a Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze. Excellent in combination with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Reggio Emilia with the Silver label and fruit compotes.
Ingredients: milk, salt, rennet. Lactose-free.
