Anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea in olive oil. Produced in semi-preserve and with a lower salt concentration than common anchovies, the consistency is meaty and of high quality. Matured in barrels for one year at room temperature. Rezumar - Red Label, completely manual production and with traditional methods without preservatives, 100% Cantabrian 100% artisanal. Each pack contains approximately 10 fillets.
