Anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea in pieces in olive oil. Produced in semi-preserve and with a lower salt concentration than common anchovies, the consistency is meaty and of high quality. Matured in barrels for one year at room temperature. Rezumar - Red Label, completely manual production using traditional methods without preservatives, 100% Cantabrian 100% artisanal.
