The slicer is built with a polished die-cast aluminum structure. Very robust and simple to use and clean with little maintenance. Excellent for cutting vegetables, cheeses and cured meats. The blade is made of non-stick steel with special grooves. Fixed sharpener with double emery supplied. Sliding product tray, with Teflon-coated bushings and sturdy product holder equipped with removable cured meat clips for easy cleaning. Professional type silent ventilated motor with thermal protection. Two-button start-stop switch with reset. The appliance was designed and built in compliance with current international standards for safety, hygiene and materials in contact with food. Cutting thickness 0-16 mm. It is CE certified for professional use.
