Baldassare Agnelli, through SAPS, carries out an intense cultural activity on a daily basis with seminars that enhance Italian haute cuisine and the quality of agri-food products. Also in 2002, with the desire to keep alive the memory of almost a hundred years of production activity, the Agnelli family decided to set up a very special Museum of the Pot that occupies the interior floor of the SAPS research and training center. It is actually a faithful reproduction of what the Agnelli workshop was like in the early 1900s: the electrical system with the lamps of the time, the original windows of the historic headquarters in Via Fantoni (in the center of Bergamo) and that unmistakable smell of metal that seems to have permeated the air, immediately convey to the visitor the sensation of having crossed the invisible threshold of time. The philosophy of the Agnelli Group is based on research and innovation, acquiring over time the primacy in the professional cookware sector so much so that today, when we talk about cookware, the "Pentola Agnelli" is synonymous with the best production in the name of quality.
