Description

BASIC STONE: Sanelli Ambrogio's combined stones for stone sharpening beginners. The package also includes a stone holder.

MEDIUM GRAIN: The 1000 grit is useful for initially restoring the edge and is ideal for sharpening a normal knife. This side of the sharpening stone is particularly suitable for a first refinement.

GRAIN FOR FINISHING: The 3000 grit is quite fine and is ideal for refining the cutting edge. This side of the stone is particularly suitable for sharpening knives for cutting raw fish, seafood, vegetables or for peeling accessories.

IMMERSION STONE: This Sanelli Ambrogio knife sharpening stone requires immersion before use to activate the abrasive properties of the stone. HOW TO USE: For blades with a symmetrical double edge, sharpen both sides the same number of times, forming an angle of 10-20° between the knife and the stone. For single-edged blades, sharpen the convex side 20 times and the flat side 3 times as much.

AFTER SHARPENING: Rinse the stone to remove any surface residue and then grind the surface to make it flat. Do not wash in the dishwasher and store at temperatures of around 20°.
