Condiment based on ABM and Truffle - 100 ml Champagnottina - INTENSE AND STRUCTURED - Born from the encounter between the iconic 3 Giusti Gold Medals and the truffle, it is velvety, enveloping and persistent on the palate. The dehydrated black truffle is added directly to the barrel, where it matures together with the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena until the flavors are completely balanced. - Ingredients: cooked grape must, wine vinegar and dehydrated truffle. - Aging: In ancient oak barrels. - Pairings: Fassona steaks, omelettes, fresh egg pasta, creamed risottos, in all dishes that already lend themselves to pairing with truffles.
