Salchichón ""Bellota 100% Iberico Pata Negra"" has an exquisite flavor, its main characteristic is that one slice forces you to take the next. It is a sausage in natural casing and produced with 100% Iberian lean pork fat, chopped and marinated. Contains salt, sugars, milk proteins, spices, emulsifiers (E-450i, E-450ii, E-450iii), preservatives (E-250 and E-252) and colors (E-120). Subjected to a drying and maturing process. Approximate weight 1,200 g. Keep in a cold and dry place. Once opened, store between 4 and 6 ºC and consume within 30 days. Allergens: Contains milk proteins. Does not contain gluten. GMO free.
