Description

The Presa ""Bellota 100% Iberico Pata Negra"" is an excellent cut made from Iberian pigs weighing more than 160 kg. The ingredients of the stuffed socket are: 100% Iberian socket fed with acorns, sea salt, La Vera paprika, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, oregano and preservatives (E-250 and E-252). Once the maturing process is finished, the unit weight varies between 350 and 400 grams. It has a high iron content which is manifested in its strong purple color and its energy value is such that, once consumed, with a few slices you can feel the sensation of energy recovery. Its organoleptic characteristics are unique, and to enjoy it we recommend removing the vacuum bag, leaving the piece in a cool, dry place for 24 hours and slicing it to a thickness of approximately 1.7 mm. When cutting pork, the Presa is located between the top of the shoulder and the loin. Allergens: Does not contain gluten. GMO free. Made in Navarretinto, Extremadura, Spain.
