Extra Porcini Mushrooms are slices and/or sections of cap and/or stem complete at the time of packaging, in quantities of no less than 60% of the quantity of the finished product, they are cream-white in color and with larvae no more than 10% and blackened hymenium no more than 5%. Any presence of crumbs comes exclusively from fragments of manipulation.
Ingredients: Dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and related group).
Instructions for use: Seasoning for meat and ingredient for sauces.
