Case structure in special aluminum alloy and rubber feet for maximum stability during use. Classic Berkel flywheel with a square profile and internally balanced to block its rotation in any position. 300mm 100cr6 chromed steel blade with professional profile to reduce waste and ensure uniform slices. Rapid advancement system and millimetric plate adjustment knob for perfect product positioning. Decorations in gold color to embellish all the painted parts. Removable sharpener already supplied with separate movement sharpening system for maximum precision. Slice thickness adjustment knob between 0 mm and 1.5 mm. NFC TAG embedded in the casting of the case to guarantee originality.
