The Volano L16 is a manual slicer in painted cast iron with chromed steel details, with the L16 Berkel celebrates the excellence and refinement of Made in Italy craftsmanship. The slicer is available in the classic Berkel red color and equipped on request with the characteristic cast iron pedestal. It is characterized by small shapes and dimensions, precious materials and increasingly high performance which are affected by technological development. Tradition and innovation, the Volano L16 is in all respects an ideal work of art for the most expert professional use.
Reproduction of the legendary L model from the beginning of the 20th century. Powerful flowered Berkel flywheel with wide chromed steel edging , traditional wooden knob and embellished with gold-coloured raised writing. 350mm 100cr6 chromed steel blade with professional profile, reduces waste and ensures uniform slices. Goods tray supported by 4 large bearings to ensure greater stability during the sliding of the trolley operated by an internal connecting rod. Tracks for the sliding of bearings made of Bakelite. Built-in sharpener with visible chrome. Slice thickness adjustment knob between 0 mm and 2.7 mm. Professional stainless steel plate and underplate with release system for maximum cleaning. Adjustable product holder composed of a fixed rear column and a mobile front rack, crossed with a one-way toothed arm that acts on the product.Technical Data Sheet / Manual
