The Volano Tribute Rossa is the Berkel slicer that reflects the traditions of the past. The Tribute is a manual slicer reminiscent of the historic Berkel model B Indianina from the 1920s, suitable for those who want intensive use in an elegant and precious design, ideal for both domestic and catering use. The blade diameter is 300 mm and the cut is precise and professional as per the characteristic of the entire line of Berkel flywheel slicers.
Case structure in special aluminum alloy and feet in stainless steel and rubber for maximum stability during use. 300mm 100cr6 chromed steel blade with professional profile: reduces waste and ensures uniform slices. Rapid advancement system and millimetric plate adjustment knob for perfect product positioning. Classic Berkel flywheel with a square profile and internally balanced to block its rotation in any position. Removable sharpener already supplied with two-movement sharpening system for maximum precision. Slice thickness adjustment knob with 11 positions that adjust the slice between 0 mm and 1.5 mm.
