Delicate and soft dough, obtained with pure mother yeast, through a slow and natural leavening lasting over 2 days. Enhanced by soft candied orange, citron and juicy sultanas.
A recipe that preserves all the taste of Christmas, over two days of natural leavening with pure mother yeast. The use of this yeast involves a process that requires great skill and above all great attention, every day, starting from the mother, with subsequent refreshments, we arrive at the yeast used for the production of panettone. Subsequently, the yeast is mixed with eggs, butter, sugar and flour, the dough thus obtained is left to rise and the panettone is then ready to go into the oven, followed by a long natural cooling phase, lasting approximately 10 hours. After more than 2 days from the start of processing, the Doni e Sapori panettone is ready to be packaged.
