"Culaccia ® is an exclusive product of Salumificio Rossi, a registered trademark. Invented by Riccardo Rossi many years ago, it is the best part of the ham, the most valuable, without bone, without stem and without flake. It is processed and seasoned in an extremely natural, it is not bagged or manipulated. It has little waste and its shape allows you to make slices that are always the same from start to finish.
The whole Culaccia ® is kept in the cellar, or in any case in cool, humid places. Once once started slicing, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator.
Gluten-free, without milk derivatives, without allergens, without chemical flavourings.
