Description
The first truffle pasta in the world, invented by Tartuflanghe in 1990. Awarded in 1992 as Best New Product Award at the Fancy Food Show, New York.
Artisanal pasta, skeined and packaged by hand, after slow drying. Our tagliatelle are bronze extruded, laminated and cut with a knife: all these steps give them a particularly elastic consistency and excellent stability during cooking. The high percentage of eggs and truffles (7%) enhance the extraordinary flavor of this pasta.
Chef's advice: Boil the tagliolini in two liters of boiling salted water for about 4-5 minutes. Drain al dente and sauté in a pan with a knob of melted butter and olive oil. Serve the steaming pasta, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
