BALANCE: in this cheese the aromas are accentuated, notes of hot butter and fresh fruit can be appreciated , citrus fruits make their appearance alongside hints of dried fruit, a balance between sweet and tasty and a texture that is perfectly crumbly to the taste and grainy to the eye. NATURAL MATURE: the maturation of our cheeses takes place in ancient structures with stone walls, built in the 19th century, this allows us to obtain a cheese that matures in a natural balance of temperature and humidity, expelling excess humidity and residual whey from processing, enhancing its fragrance and aromas. PACKAGING: to maintain the aroma and typical characteristics of the product, our products are packaged in vacuum-packed freshness-saving bags with a triple layer of aluminum to avoid oxidation and thermal shock.
