RISERVA MC: this extensive maturation leads to obtaining a dry, crumbly and grainy Parmigiano Reggiano, with strong and very intense flavour, it is ideal for people who are lactose intolerant, excellent to taste with honey and balsamic vinegar, tasting it is a unique experience. NATURAL AGING: the maturation of our cheeses takes place in ancient structures with stone walls, built in the 19th century, this allows us to obtain a cheese that matures in a natural balance of temperature and humidity, expelling excess humidity and residual whey from processing, enhancing its fragrance and aromas.
