Salami Mantovano is traditionally produced throughout the province of Mantua, where pig breeding is carried out mainly for the subsequent transformation into cured meats and sausages, with meat of the right maturity and consistency. Small in shape, not too elongated , has a sweet, slightly aromatic taste, due to the modest quantity of spices used. The slice is thinly sliced ??by hand.
