Minor muscular part of the hind limbs of the pig, left with a small ossicle (internal end of the patella), sectioned starting 4-5 cm above the femoro-tibio-patellar joint and passing adherent to the femur for its entire length; it is left with the rind on its entire external part. Thighs from the Padano national adult pig circuit.
INGREDIENTS: Italian pork, salt, dextrose, spices. Antioxidant: E301. Preservative: E252. It does not contain microorganisms added to accelerate the maturation and fermentation processes.
