Muscular part of the pig's hind limbs, free of bone and rind, selected by adhering to the femur along its entire length. Thighs from the Po Valley adult national pig circuit. It is a cured meat with an intense and characteristic flavour, which brings back the scents and aromas of a well-defined area (the lower Parma area). The whole product should be stored, hung, in humid and poorly ventilated places. It must be peeled and washed before consumption. Once you start slicing, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator.
