MERCURY boasts over 60 years of tradition in the production of knives, and is one of the first cutlery factories founded in Maniago after the Second World War. MERCURY's current production covers various market segments. It has historically been present in the sports & outdoor cutlery sales channel with a comprehensive range of multipurpose knives. More than 30 years ago he invented "MICO", the knife for picking mushrooms to meet the expectations of the passionate mycologist, an item which soon became very popular and imitated by competitors. On the German market it is the protagonist with the tasting paperback and multipurpose hunting knives. In the underwater cutlery sector, it is the first in Italy to have the technology for the production of TITANIUM blades and supplies European and world leaders. The company is also known for producing blades for special applications to customer specifications. In the domestic cutlery area, it is activating a product policy based on the differentiation of the offer by creating new supports for knives and different compositions, also adding new related items (see also The cellar).
