Description
The most compact Berkel manual flywheel slicer, the new Volano B2 Black despite its 265 mm diameter blade, super compact dimensions that allow it to be easily positioned in the kitchen. The flywheel protrudes by only 33 mm, thus allowing the opening of the drawers underneath the worktop. Harmonious and proportionate, it maintains all the distinctive elegance of flywheel slicers while providing a perfect and extremely professional cut. Designed and handcrafted in Italy.
Case structure in special aluminum alloy and feet in ABS, stainless steel and rubber for maximum stability during use. Feet modification kit to raise the machine by an additional 22 mm if necessary. 265 mm 100cr6 chromed steel blade with professional profile: reduces waste and ensures uniform slices. Rapid advancement system and millimetric plate adjustment knob for perfect product positioning. Removable sharpener already supplied with separate movement sharpening system for maximum precision. Slice thickness adjustment knob with 8 positions that adjust the slice between 0.15 mm and 1.3 mm. Steel slice deflector with easy magnetic attachment to facilitate the detachment of the slice.
